Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the same steps as for returns. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you. If the new item is of a higher value, we will contact you for the additional payment. If it is of a lower value, we will issue a partial refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@louisbernado.com or 1-786-538-4393. Provide your order number and a description of the defect or damage, along with photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
